This well-presented property is located on a bustling street in the heart of New Town.
New Town has a lot to offer with an abundance of attractions such as The Scottish National Portrait Gallery; Princes Street Gardens; Calton Hill with The Lookout restaurant located at the top; St Andrews Square with high-end shopping and Scott Monument.
New Town is within easy walking distance of Canonmills, Stockbridge and Princes Street and has plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to suit all needs.
Waverley Train Station is very close to the property and great for getting in and out of the city centre. Alternatively, there is the tram which takes you all the way out to the Airport.
This one bedroom property is a lower ground, main door residence that has been finished to a very high standard.
The flat is comprised of a spacious hallway leading to a living/dining area, a modern kitchen, a generously proportioned double bedroom with a king sized bed, built in wardrobe storage space and a good sized bathroom with a rain shower head & separate hand held shower.
Both the bedroom and bathroom have recently been renovated in an elegant and luxurious fashion that is sure to leave you feeling comfortable.
There is TV and Wifi provided as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. One set of linen will be provided.
Unfortunately we cannot accept young children, students or pets in this property.
