• Our properties page shows a selection of the properties we have available but it is always best to get in touch, explain your situation, what you are looking for, and let us do the leg work for you. We can suggest properties that are available for the dates you specify, in your preferred locations and that match your specific requirements.
• We know our properties inside out so we know which ones should work for you.

• Our long term properties are located throughout Edinburgh, they are maintained to a high standard and offer good value for money.
• We try to accommodate viewings whenever you prefer, we have a simple application process and we do not charge administration fees.
• We want tenants to look after our properties so we ensure they are handed over to you in good condition and maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently.
• Our aim is to establish a good working relationship with all our tenants so that they feel able to contact us should they have any questions or concerns during their stay.

• Our short term and Festival flats in Edinburgh are a cheaper alternative to a hotel room, offering space, luxury and flexibility. They are in excellent locations, offer great value for money and come with all the home comforts that hotel rooms often lack. Many offer character and a taste of Edinburgh that is often missed by hotels. We are proud of our city and want you to see it in all its glory.
• They also come fully equipped with towels and linen for your convenience and rents are inclusive of utilities (gas, electricity, water and council tax) to make life easier for you. Our short term and festival properties are simple to book by email or phone.
• We are happy to help you plan an itinerary for your stay in Edinburgh. Just give us an idea of what you would like to do and we’ll help you plan your time, suggest the best restaurants, recommend the local shops and advise you on where to get the best afternoon tea. You cannot beat a bit of local insight to make the most of your trip and we’re happy to help however we can!
• We specialise in accommodation for the Edinburgh Festival so if you’re coming up to Edinburgh for the Festival for work or pleasure, we offer a large range of properties to suit all budgets. Our aim is to provide good quality, central accommodation with all the facilities to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Before a potential tenant can apply for a long term property it is is our policy that they must view the property first. They can also nominate someone to view the property on their behalf. Please contact us to arrange a viewing. We then require the potential tenant to complete our online property application form - long-term-property-application

Our short term properties are usually booked without viewing. To proceed with a booking we require guests to complete our short term booking form - short-term-booking-form
