This ground floor property is situated in Hillside, at the top of Leith Walk. This is an excellent location for access into town and also to Leith in the other direction. Hillside is just a short walk from the New Town, Leith Walk, Broughton Street and Easter Road and there are many local cafes and restaurants in the area.
The Playhouse Theatre and the Omni Centre (with cinema and gym) are nearby along with the independent shops, bars and cafes of Broughton Street.
The shopping and entertainment area around Princes Street and George Street is ideally situated a 10 minute walk from the property providing a huge array of retail outlets, restaurants, clubs and bars.
Much of the city centre is within walking distance of Hillside but there are excellent bus services in all directions. Waverley train station and the central bus station are both less than a mile away for travel further afield.
This stylish property has been thoughtfully renovated and comprises of a comfortable living room with feature fireplace, kitchen with belfast sink, good sized rear-facing double bedroom with plenty of storage, bathroom with beautiful free-standing bath and over-head shower and separate WC with wash basin.
The property has sanded floors and there is a shared outdoor garden area to the back of the property.
Prices include reasonable use of utilities, council tax and WIFI.
One set of linen will be provided.

Our stay here was wonderful - the flat was actually nicer than the photos! Great Kitchen with plenty of utensils for cooking and spacious lounge and nice bathroom. A great place and position for our two week stay - we definitely felt 'at home in Edinburgh'
