Bruntsfield and Morningside are within walking distance of the property and a walk along the Union Canal will take you into the city centre.


The Fountainbridge leisure complex which includes a cinema and gym is less than 15 minutes walk away.


Shandon is well-connected to all areas of the city with frequent bus links. The city bypass is a short drive away providing direct access to the international airport and major motorways while Haymarket train station is just a 20-minute walk away.
