Immaculately presented holiday apartment in the beautiful village of Colinton, just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Edinburgh and close to the City Bypass.


The tranquil village of Colinton is a suburb of Edinburgh with it's own unique charm.

There are many local amenities including small speciality shops, good restaurants, a post office, church and a couple of local pubs. Colinton is a designated conservation area through which the Water of Leith runs, bordered by woodland and park. It is popular with families and with people who want to explore Edinburgh from a quieter base.

Bus routes into Edinburgh are excellent with 3 routes of Lothian Buses running on a regular basis but there is also free street parking nearby so you can bring a car.


The property itself is just a stone's throw from the main street but is tucked away in a beautiful spot overlooking a well-maintained garden. The property is down some stairs on a lane to the back of the main street buildings. The apartment has been completely renovated throughout to a very high standard.

It comprises of modern kitchen, shower room, double bedroom with king-sized bed and a comfortable living room with double sofa bed, dining area and window seat overlooking the garden.

The property is available for longer monthly bookings. With Merchiston Castle School within walking distance, the local church and popular wedding venues nearby and within easy access of the city centre, this is a popular area to spend a short stay in Edinburgh.

There is a washing machine as well as TV and Wi-Fi. One set of linen will be provided.
