Both Princes Street Gardens and Holyrood Park are approximately half a mile away and provide extensive parklands to enjoy for those who like to walk, run and cycle.

This stunning property, named the Old Gold Hall, is truly unique. Located in Edinburgh's Old Town, this property offers a glimpse of Edinburgh's past. Renovated throughout to a very high standard, this historic treasure has been converted into a beautiful two bedroom flat.
The attention to detail is apparent from the minute you enter the property and the character of the building has been lovingly restored. It is a great space for entertaining.
The property is built around an incredible domed ceiling with gold edging. It comprises of open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area and study space. There are two double bedrooms, one large king size room, and one smaller double hidden behind a bookcase. The modern shower room is hidden behind an ornate wall.
Prices include reasonable use of utilities, council tax and WIFI.
One set of linen will be provided.
